Kálfholt
Kálfholt is a farm in Southern Iceland. It is located in the westernmost part of Rangárvallasýsla, at the eastern banks of the river Þjórsá.
At the ranch there live three families, that together breed and train horses. Jónas Jónsson and Sigrún Ísleifsdóttir are mostly involved in the breeding. Their son, Ísleifur, operates a training ranch and their daughter, Eyrún, and her husband Steingrímur offer horse riding tours in the summer time.
